Age: 51

Weight: 196

Body Fat %: 24

Body Mass Index: 27

Ok, so not obese, but definitely not in the shape I was inĀ  a few years ago when I was playing soccer three nights a week. I look at my body in the mirror and wonder how it got this way. It’s just flabbier than ever. And it’s embarrassing.

Without realizing it, I’ve let myself go. I feel my body reflects my self-discipline. And I don’t like what the reflection says. So I’m starting this fat burning journey.

I started this blog to help myself – and guys like you – to make some simple changes to my eating and exercise habits to regain some of my quickly fading fitness. I’m no expert. I don’t have a degree in physical fitness. I haven’t transformed my body (yet) from flab to fab. I’m just an ordinary guy who wants to change how I look. Hopefully that helps me change how I feel about myself.

Join me on this journey. My goal is simple. To do the things I learn and become an example to other guys who want to change your fitness level. I’m not looking to win a bodybuilding title. I just want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach without feeling like an old man.

I’m willing to put in the effort so you don’t have to go through the whole trial and error process. I’ll test products and let you know the results. I’ll read the books and try the meal plans to see what works best. I’ll even try the exercises and let you know which ones give the maximum fat buring effects and which ones are a waste of time.

If you find this useful, send me a message. Or leave a post on the site. I want this to be your journey as much as mine. I look forward to sharing everything I learn with you. Maybe in six months we’ll both feel better about ourselves.
